Building the New Sugarhouse
We out-grew the old sugarhouse and decided it was time to mill the wood to build a new one. It needed to be big enough for a heated room to accommodate our new RO and have more access around the Small Brothers Maple Sugar Evaporator 2X6 (Lightning).
